How I Use ChatGPT to Write Airbnb Posts That Get Noticed (and Bookings!)

How I Use ChatGPT to Write Airbnb Posts That Get Noticed (and Bookings!)

When it comes to Airbnb, timing matters — and so does visibility.

Recently, I had a last-minute cancellation for my Pocono lake house, and instead of panicking or scrambling to discount the price, I turned to one of my favorite tools: ChatGPT.

I needed to post in a few local and niche Facebook groups — especially Russian-language ones where people are often looking for weekend getaways. But writing the perfect ad? That used to take me forever.

What I Needed:

  • A post that didn’t sound desperate
  • Something friendly, casual, and appealing
  • Clear details (dates, amenities, capacity)
  • A polite way to say “no discounts”
  • Both English and Russian versions

Here’s What I Gave ChatGPT:

“Write me a post for a (niche) Facebook group for an Airbnb ad. There's a cancellation for this weekend and next. Make it sound like a last-minute opportunity but not desperate. Mention there won’t be discounts.”

And Here's What I Got Back:

I was blown away. ChatGPT instantly gave me a clean, friendly message that hit all the right notes. Here’s the English version I posted:

Hey everyone!
Lakefront in Poconos AVAILABLE for next weekend and following!
A last-minute opening just came up at a cozy getaway home – June 5th–16th is now open (that’s two full weekends and the weekdays in between!).

🏡 5bd + 3bath LAKEFRONT – Sleeps up to 10, with 8 beds + pack and play for little ones.
🔥 Hot tub, 🎱 billiards table, and even a playground right on the property!

If anyone’s looking for a spontaneous escape from the city, this is a perfect chance to relax and recharge. The home is fully stocked — just show up and unwind!

Location: Lake Carobeth, Pocono, PA

P.S. Listing is at current Airbnb pricing — I won’t be able to offer discounts for these dates.

Message me if you're interested!

Why This Worked:

  • It sounds personal, not robotic or salesy
  • It’s visually scannable — emojis, bullet points, bold text
  • It creates urgency without pressure
  • It sets clear expectations (no discounts)
  • It links directly to the Airbnb listing

Final Thoughts:

Using AI tools like ChatGPT has saved me hours of time writing listings, guest messages, and local group ads. It helps me stay consistent, sound polished, and get real bookings — without hiring a copywriter.

If you're managing your own Airbnb or vacation rental, I highly recommend testing out AI-written posts. Just be specific with your prompts and tweak as needed!

Why We Ditched GoDaddy (and What Moms Should Know About DNS, Hosting, and Financial Control in 2025) At The AI Mom Lab , I'm all about using smart tech to make life easier and more financially empowered — and that includes how we build and host our websites. This year, I decided to ditch GoDaddy’s default DNS setup. Why? Because their limitations were slowing us down — and in some cases, costing us money and stability. If you're building digital income streams or launching a content site, here's why it's time to rethink how (and where) your domain lives. 🚫 The GoDaddy Problem I registered our domain aimomlab.com through GoDaddy, thinking it would be a straightforward experience. But when tried to connect it to our Google Blogger site , I hit wall after wall: They only allowed 1 A record (Blogger needs 4 for stability) They tried to upsell us on Premium DNS ($50/year) The site broke every time we tried to configure it correctly Support gave con...

With a recently improved credit score and the assistance of AI tools, she embarked on her real estate investment journey, even amidst a competitive housing market. 💳 Step 1: Building a Solid Credit Foundation Just six months prior, Elena's credit score was below 600. How “Chris” Used AI and Other People’s Money to Buy a 6-Unit Multifamily Property Note: “Chris” is a pseudonym used to protect the privacy of the individual. Buying real estate without using your own money used to be something only insiders and millionaires could pull off. But with AI tools and a bit of strategic networking, Chris managed to buy a 6-unit building in 2025 — without using a single dollar of his own cash. Here’s how he did it. 🧠 Step 1: Using AI to Identify Profitable 6-Unit Properties Instead of driving around looking for “For Sale” signs, Chris used a smart tech stack to source and vet properties: ChatGPT : He input property taxes, Zillow rent comps, and loan terms to get instant cash flow projections. DealMachine + Regrid : These tools surfaced off-market 6-unit buildings in appreciating neighborhoods. AirDNA & RentCast : Helped him forecast long-term rent income and short-term rental potential. One building stood out — a value-add 6-plex ne...
